To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it in. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Damaged / defective / incorrect goods
For any damaged, defective or mis-picked goods, please notify us at info@malvernbitters.ink within 1 day of observing the problem, including a photo of the products affected. The replacement goods will be re-sent to you at our own expense.
Method of refund
The refund will be made to the same payment method as was made to place the order.
How to request a return or refund
To request a return or refund, please contact us at info@malvernbitters.ink explaining your request and reasons, and we will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours with a response.
Delivery charge on returned goods
All refunds and returns will be at the customer's expense and this will not be reimbursed. The exception is where the item is damaged, defective or mis-picked and we request you to send us the item back. In this instance, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs.
Products returned outside of the cancellation period
Products returned outside of the cancellation period will not be eligible for a refund, unless agreed prior with customer services. Please email info@malvernbitters.ink if you have a return request that falls outside of the cancellation period.
