Revive your spirits with Malvern Bitters; the perfect partner for your aperitifs, cocktails, spirits and soft drinks too
“These are unadulterated, uncompromising and delicious bitters. Hot, punchy notes of capsicum softened with a little fruit. Approach with caution, but decidedly worth approaching!”
Great Taste Awards 2024
“A lovely example of aromatic bitters that would work well in a host of classic cocktails such as the Pink Gin or the Old Fashioned. The colour-changing aspect works really well and has interesting applications in both full-strength and no/
low alcohol drinks.”
World Drinks Awards 2024
A delicious combination of fruit and spice. Blended in harmony with a veritable mélange of botanicals in 40% ABV alcohol – along with fresh spring water from the Malvern Hills – this cocktail bitters will add a zesty, aromatic complexity to drinks, combining the bright, citrusy notes of orange with the warm, slightly spicy flavour of cardamom.
At Malvern Bitters, our mission is to craft exceptional cocktail bitters that elevate every imbibing experience. Using artisanal methods and the finest natural ingredients, we deliver bold, balanced and unforgettable flavours. Rooted in Malvern’s rich water-cure heritage, but driven by innovation, our British bitters celebrate the art of mixology and inspire creativity in all drinks, bringing a touch of handcrafted sophistication to gatherings near and far.
Bitters are to drinks what salt and pepper are to food; they add depth and complexity for a flawless flavour profile. Made from infusing bark, herbs, fruit peel, roots and flowers, ‘cure-all’ bitters were imbibed throughout the ages to treat various ailments, such as sea sickness and stomach complaints.
